Aireplus Services is a commercial HVAC and mechanical contractor operating across South East Queensland. Based in Salisbury, our warehouse and staging facility supports efficient project mobilisation and rapid service response across South East Queensland.

Leadership

Mitchell Sharman

Mitchell brings over a decade of experience in the commercial HVAC industry, with qualifications as both a Refrigeration Mechanic and Electrician. His dual trade background provides a comprehensive understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, strengthening technical delivery across servicing and installation works.

As Director and Service Manager at Aireplus Services, Mitchell oversees preventative maintenance programs, reactive works and system upgrades across a diverse range of commercial environments including retail, hospitality and healthcare facilities. His focus remains on structured service delivery, compliance alignment and long-term asset performance.

Mitchell plays a key role in maintaining operational standards across ongoing servicing while supporting the broader project capability of the business.

Shane Van Dyke

With more than 16 years of industry experience in HVAC and electrical systems, Shane brings strong technical and leadership capability to Aireplus Services. As a qualified electrician and HVAC technician, he applies practical site knowledge alongside structured project coordination to support reliable mechanical delivery.

In his role as Director, Shane oversees project installations, construction coordination and engineering integration across commercial developments. His experience across complex mechanical systems enables clear communication with builders, consultants and trades, ensuring works are delivered in alignment with programme, compliance and performance requirements.

Shane’s leadership supports the continued evolution of Aireplus Services as a project-focused mechanical contractor while maintaining high standards of accountability across all engagements.
